Important Update
The Chehalis Theater
We are extremely disappointed to announce that the City of Chehalis has ordered the Chehalis Theater to cease operations until further notice.
This closure was not our decision.
We are actively working with the appropriate parties to address the situation and hope to reopen our doors as soon as possible. We will share additional information when we are able to do so.
While the theater is closed, we are unable to hold scheduled events at the theater. This includes Free Movie Sunday, along with dinner events and reservations at that location.
McFiler's and The Hub are open
This affects the Chehalis Theater only.
McFiler's and The Hub are open and operating as usual. Every event, reservation and booking at those two venues is going ahead exactly as planned, and nothing about them has changed.
If you have plans with us at McFiler's or The Hub, we will see you there. Honestly, the single best way to support us through this is to keep coming out to those two rooms. It keeps our staff working and it keeps us going, and we would be deeply grateful for it.
If you are holding tickets
We have emailed ticket holders event by event, because the answer is different depending on the show. Please check the inbox for the address you used at checkout.
Where an event at the theater has been canceled, your refund is automatic. You do not need to request it or do anything at all. Refunds go back to the original card and can take 10 to 12 business days to appear.
If an event is being rescheduled, your tickets stay valid and we will write to you with the new date.
Limelight is inside the theater, so we are not able to seat reservations while we are closed.
This is a moving situation, and social media is where we will post news first, ahead of anything else. Please follow the Chehalis Theater so you hear the moment there is something to tell you.
We understand how disappointing and inconvenient this is, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
The Chehalis Theater has been part of this community for generations, and we are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our customers, performers, employees, and community.
We want to be very clear about one thing. We are not going anywhere. The Chehalis Theater will be back. We are working on this every single day, and we intend to reopen those doors and pick up right where we left off.
We will provide updates as soon as we have them.
